Whilst the good folks at Jamie’s Italian are acutely aware that keeping favourite dishes is an absolute must, they know that repeating patrons may want to savour something new and exciting from the kitchen. Launched late November, the kitchen team at Jamie’s rolled out a few dishes to keep palates whet.
New appetisers include a classic Italian Arancini, fried balls of mushroom risotto with mozzarella and arrabiata sauce; and a Roasted Squash Bruschetta with sweet pumpkin and squash, lemony ricotta with tender greens and balsamic. New on the mains is a succulent Baked King Salmon dish, which the team prides themselves in the use of only ethically sourced salmon, accompanied by whipped lemony ricotta, roasted vegetables and a zesty, crunchy salad. The all-new Gennaro’sTagliatelle Bolognese uses the restaurant’s famous homemade pasta topped with wagyu beef slow cooked with a deep red wine for a rich flavour.
